Job Profile
The Employee Engagement Specialist coordinates all Company initiated activities. H/She will also assist the Corporate Affairs Manager in all special projects initiatives, CSR programs, maintenance of company website and social media accounts, and etc.
Job Duties
- Handle all company initiated employee engagements (Christmas Party, Halloween, Team Building and other company initiated activities) from conceptualizing, budgeting, preparation and execution.
- Coordinate execution of project timelines.
- Project execution for Employee Experience and/or Employee Programs.
- Support and facilitate in creating and interpreting surveys, interviews, focused group discussions and other Employee Engagement tools.
- Support tracking of analytics and employee participation in employee programs.
- Manage social media accounts of the company like posting of company activities, write-ups.
- Coordination with Graphic Designer.
- Assist in planning and managing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Outreach Programs of the company (e.g. medical missions, relief activities)
- Organizing and budgeting of company related events and activities.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Profile
Accounting assistants support the accounting department with their day-to-day functions by performing entry-level accounting duties. Their primary work focus for accounting assistants is on accounts receivable and accounts payable. In addition, they help with collections, billing, audits, and journal entries.
Job Duties
- Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Assist with preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports.
- Analyze financial information in order to identify discrepancies.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely fashion.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
- Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Profile
Provides immediate medical assistance to affected employees (e.g., dispensing of medicine, first aid, and escorting to hospital) as needed or in the absence of a physician to maintain the health and safety of employees in the workplace.
Job Duties
- Develop and implement health and safety programs.
- Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
- Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
- Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.
- Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
- Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
- Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks.
- Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.
- Communicate with management on a regular basis.
- Attend seminar workshops on HIV/AIDS, Gender Sensitivity, Family planning, and Stress Management.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
